My name is Giorgio, I live in Sardinia and I am developing the "Restituiti dal Mare" project, a creative laboratory to introduce human beings from 1 to 111 years to sustainability practices.

My team and I are convinced that this project can contribute to the achievement of the UN 2030 - Sustainable Development Goals. "Restituiti dal Mare" is based on the principles of sustainable development: it acts to promote social welfare, environment protection and sustainable economic development. Our main goal is the 14th UN 2030, “Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development”. We help to get cleaner, litter-free beaches sensitizing participants aware of the problem of waste, especially marine, stranded along the coast.

Every discarded object that we found on the beach we wonder where it come from and how long it has been traveling for... this has allowed us to discover many curious things about the habits of the peoples who inhabit the Mediterranean.
